From the beginning when John showed up to give the house a quick inspection, take photos of under the house, I knew I had chosen a winner. John was very knowledgeable of the foundation repair business. He answered all my questions. A very respectful young man. Within a day or so, he sent an estimate, I agreed and the workers came within three days.
They are hard-working, courteous, considerate of my property. They leave the gardens tidy each day after work, which is from sunrise to sunset.
They not only have leveled the house, they are digging trenches to install an underground drainage system. All in a total of four days. P.S. (they place the dirt from the trenches on tarps, so it doesn't leave a mess) These guys are great!
You don't just get the workers, the owner, Luis, comes out and works with his men around his schedule. He measures and checks doorways while talking to the guys in the crawl space so tweaks can be done for near perfection.
