The founder of Maestro Foundation Repair is Luis Tentzohua. He has over 25 years of experience and has successfully completed over 3,000 repair jobs in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Bedford, Hurst, Grand Prairie and other cities throughout the metroplex. Luis knows a “one-size-fits-all” approach does not work in the foundation repair industry. Since each repair is different, he develops a custom repair plan for each job.

As a Foundation Repair professional, Luis has worked with homeowners, investors, realtors, general contractors and other foundation repair companies to deliver high quality work on-time and on-budget.

The repair plans Luis creates are based on site-specific soil survey data and analysis, as opposed to generic information about the entire Dallas – Fort Worth area. When you call us to schedule a no-obligation evaluation of your foundation damage, you will be greeted by a courteous and empathetic professional, focused on helping you. During the call we will ask about the issues you are experiencing and good days and times for an evaluator to come to your home to inspect the damage.

On the day of your evaluation, an experienced evaluator will review the damage, take soil samples and will develop a custom repair plan for your home or business. Often, we can develop the repair plan on-site, but may need up to 48 hours to analyze the results from our soil tests.

The evaluator, who is specifically trained in advanced foundation repair techniques, will walk you through the repair plan and answer any questions you may have. The evaluator will also review warranty and financing options with you.
At no point will you be obligated or pressured into moving forward with Maestro’s.
