Maestro’s Foundation Repair stands behind its work and offers a warranty on all repairs. The specifics of the warranty are depended on the type of repair completed.
Pier and Beam repairs are guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days.
We offer two warranty options for Slab on Grade repair jobs.
- For customers selecting concrete piers, we offer a limited, two-year warranty and a lifetime, transferable warranty for a slightly higher charge per pier installed. Customer’s can decide which option works best for their budget.
- For customers selecting composite, drilled or steel piers, we offer a lifetime, transferable warranty on all work.
